Safety and Compliance Administrator

Position Purpose

The Safety and Compliance Administrator is an administrative role that reports to the Vice President of Operations. The Safety and Compliance Administrator assist with various aspects of safety, injury/accident processes, delivery procedures, company compliance, training, facilities, and vehicle maintenance.

Essential Functions

• Develops and organizes safety meeting topics and tracks documentation as required
• Documents, tracks and communicates all accident, injuries and property damage claims with HR and management as required
• Works with VP of Operation to develop, document, and implement internal processes related to company operations
• Responsible for maintaining and updating Company's compliance for safety, equipment, and operators
• Performs facilities inspections and prepares reports as required
• Coordinates safety training to employees as required
• Performs other necessary functions as assigned

Qualifications

Knowledge

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, facilities management, or related field
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

• Ability to maintain professional service oriented, long-term customer and business relationships and partnerships through industry networking
• Strong professional verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of management
• Detail-oriented and results driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks, simultaneous projects, and conflicting deadlines
• A proactive and innovative approach to resolving problems and delivering results
• Ability to be positive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Travel

• Minimal travel required
