NDS Purchasing and Billing Administrator

Position Purpose

To ensure the purchasing and billing processes withing Negwer Door Systems function efficiently and accurately. Maintain and manage relationships with our vendors and customers by assisting in resolving inventory and invoicing issues promptly. Work with and coordinate task between multiple departments (Purchasing, AR/AP, Project Management, and Warehousing).

Essential Functions:

• Review purchase order acknowledgments, and update purchase orders as needed
• Contact vendor to correct any purchase order discrepancies
• Process vendor back charges
• Assist and coordinate with warehouse to maintain stock inventory levels
• Resolve receiving issues
• Daily inventory cycle count reconciliation
• Participate in quarterly and year-end inventory audits
• Prepare monthly customer billing statements (AIA Billing)
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies
• Assist in the project close out process
• Work with AR and AP teams as needed to ensure accuracy of purchase order and customer payments

Qualifications Preferred:

• Knowledge
• 1-3 years of college
• Comfortable with task performed in a warehouse setting
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word & Excel
