Marketing Coordinator

Position Purpose

The Marketing Coordinator creates and maintains consistent corporate branding and messaging that coincides with Negwer Materials, Inc.'s core values and targets the Company's strategic objectives and goals.

 

Essential Functions

  • Designs and maintains corporate marketing collateral including brochures, folders, sell sheets, flyers, posters, job photography, etc.
  • Manages and maintains the Company website including content, photos, new, and featured products and projects
  • Manages, maintains, and delivers content for Negwer social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and for social media campaigns
  • Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include: public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness
  • Takes leadership on projects, working with the Marketing and Sales team, such as special events, meeting planning, and marketing promotional activities and seminars
  • Stays current with Marketing developments and informs Management of upcoming impacts to the Company, then implements changes as needed
  • Communicates internal and external communications (newsletters, social media, press releases, blogs, articles, etc.)
  • Manages customer lists and mailing databases
  • Orders corporate apparel, promotional items, and client gifts
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt
  • Flexible/non-traditional schedule may be required, and some travel
  • Performs other necessary functions as assigned

Qualifications Necessary

Knowledge

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, or similar field
  • BS in Marketing, Business Administration, PR, Communications, or similar field
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
  • Experience in managing design and production of print and media materials and publications
  • Experience with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience with HootSuite
  • Comfortable with learning and using new technologies
  • Sufficient experience with the Microsoft Office suite
