Essential Functions
- Prepare project close out paperwork, including warranties & manuals
- Monitor and Label executed change orders
- Process customer and vendor credits
- Maintain project billing forms, including tax exemption
- Reconcile project & customer invoices for accuracy
- Partner with operations dept. to coordinate returns
- Process monthly pay applications per customer requirements
Qualifications Preferred
Knowledge
- 1-3 years related experience
- Some college preferred
- Comfortable with learning and using new technologies
- Sufficient experience with the Microsoft Office suite
Interpersonal
- A positive attitude and the ability to maintain professional, long-term co-worker, customer, vendor, and business relationships
- Service oriented and a dedication to win customers 'for life'
- Strong professional verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of management
