Door Systems Operations Assistant

Position Purpose

The Negwer Door Systems Operations Assistant, working at the direction of the Shop Supervisor, collects, coordinates, and dispenses information from the office to the Door Shop and vice versa.

Essential Functions

• Utilizes Contract Enterprise Resource Planning (CERP) and other software products, to produce and maintain documentation such as bills of materials, tickets, orders, and inventory
• Directs and processes daily cycle counting
• Posts sales shipments daily
• Oversees management of damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing inventory, reconciles invoices and other documentation as needed
• Communicates daily with office Team Members and shop personnel
• Coordinates with Distribution/dispatching for delivery or sales counter for pickup
• Obtains LTL shipment quotes, books shipments when necessary and monitors the pickup and shipment of all LTL orders
• Enters and maintains all records of assignments, transactions, etc., between office, shop, the master warehouse, and location
• Performs other necessary functions as assigned

Qualifications Preferred

Knowledge

• 1-3 years related experience
• Some college preferred
• Comfortable with learning and using new technologies
• Sufficient experience with the Microsoft Office suite
